How it works.... 

Pay a $700 non refundable deposit to confirm your discounted rate for 2026. You will receive a $250 discount for your Retreat.  Note, this is for our Classic Retreat at the SoMos CaSa Oaxaca only and does not include Muertos or summer camp (but can be used for Guelaguetza 2026)

Once you confirm your week we will give you a personalized discount code of $950 (your deposit plus discount) for your week. Does not apply to special events (muertos, summer camp). 

You do not pay anything else until you have chosen your week.

The offer is valid on any 2026 retreat - your money does not expire and can be used towards any future retreat at EB price if you do not make it in 2026. 

WHATS NEW?

We have added a cooking class to our itinerary for this year. It's hosted at the CaSa by our wonderful chef Rosa. She shows you dishes that are very easy to recreate back home (using simple, easy to find ingredients!) 

Kids have loved the chocolate class so we have made that a permanent fixture. 

We have lots of new restaurants and experiences in our guide book at the CaSa so you'll never be short of things to do during your free time. 

FACTS:

Being a parent is a full time job - add to that actually working a full time job and our vacation time becomes increasingly precious.

We've all been on a vacation that just felt like parenting in a different location. 

SoMos retreats is the absolute opposite of this. 

We will make sure you that you have plenty of time to create amazing memories with your child or children whilst also making time to reconnect with yourself and enjoy some time solo.

Our nannies will craft with and entertain your children, activities such as:  Swimming, Creating pinatas, making home-made chocolate, coloring sugar skulls and getting plenty of outdoor time to burn off energy!

We bring babysitters to the CaSa on two nights so that you are able to enjoy a night out at one of Oaxacas exquisite restaurants. Don't worry - we use the nannies as babysitters so that your children are with people they are already familiar with. 

In house chefs will make sure you are well fed. Our meals are made with fresh, locally sourced ingredients which we buy from local markets to support the economy.

You will experience a Street Food Tour where you'll also learn about the beauty and artwork of Oaxaca.

Enjoy a private excursion to Hierve el Agua where you'll swim in natural pools and see a petrified waterfall. 

This is going to be a week to remember for a lifetime. Perfect for children of all ages (and grown ups of all ages too)
